Ilana manages and monitors our client relations, business processes, and internal operations - ensuring that every part of our business is client-centered, efficient, and clear so our customers have a seamless experience from inquiry to delivery.
After over a decade of experience working in school operations with a focus on data management, Ilana has translated these skills into her incredible business management and operations work. She holds an M.A. in Education from NYU, specializing in Spanish as a Foreign Language and English as a Second Language, and a B.A. in Political Science & Spanish with a minor in English from the University of Delaware.
Currently residing in the Greater Boston Area, Ilana enjoys a variety of hobbies outside of her professional life, including gardening, spending time with her dogs (Ziti and Bella), and even participating in circus classes.
Leadership Training Program Facilitator
Aurelia Hack, M.Sc

Aurelia is an Occupational and Organizational psychologist and an expert in mental health at work. Aurelia was fundamental in helping to bring Mel’s collective work to life by creating our leadership mental health training: Mental Health at Work Conversational Literacy™ - for Leaders. She serves as the Lead Facilitator for our leadership program.
Aurelia holds an M.Sc. Psychology from the University of Hagen in Germany and a B.Sc. Psychology. She is trilingual and fluent in English, German, and French. Aurelia is also a published author. She has years of experience empowering organizations to talk about mental health in the workplace. Aurelia is committed to helping leaders develop the confidence and skills they need for talking about mental health at work through our Leadership Program. Aurelia resides in Munich, Germany, loves to travel, and tries a new hobby every year!
Content & Branding Design Manager
Georgette Eva

Georgette develops content for our monthly newsletter and blog and designs branded marketing materials that capture Mel’s spirit and our mission. She’s a content marketer with 10+ years of experience and loves working with heart-forward brands. After years of working full-time with start-ups in NYC and Atlanta, she realized she could take her skills freelance and work with others to make the change she wants in the world.
Georgette graduated Summa Cum Laude with a Bachelor’s Degree in Journalism from Georgia State University and studied abroad at Oxford University because she was obsessed with reading Jane Austen. She’s worn many hats over the years, including assistant baker, bartender, reporter, and business owner.
Georgette resides in Virginia, where she can be found reading, thrifting, and taking on more than she can handle with her latest home DIY project. She’s not an expert, but she’s certainly trying her best with the drill.
Bookkeeper & Payments Manager

Kelly provides phenomenal and timely bookkeeping support, invoicing, and payment processing for our team as a representative from Honestly Bookkeeping, a customer-focused mission-driven bookkeeping firm that helps small businesses thrive. Kelly is certified in Xero and Gusto accounting software programs and obtained her Business Bookkeeper certification.
She holds a Bachelor's degree in Psychology with a minor in Business Administration from Millersville University of Pennsylvania. Kelly resides in Pennsylvania and loves to travel, read, and get out in nature as much as she can.

Head of Barking Services
Meet Lola, Mel’s fur baby, and our team’s spirited and ever-enthusiastic Head of Barking Services. Bursting with energy, she ensures Mel’s office is never too quiet, is always on the lookout for a good play session, and loves to give her unsolicited opinions on team calls. Whether she's chasing her beloved banana or pickle toys, Lola brings a blend of sweetness and spice to the team, keeping everyone on their toes and full of smiles.
