Business & Operations Manager

Ilana Morris, MA

  • Ilana manages and monitors our client relations, business processes, and internal operations - ensuring that every part of our business is client-centered, efficient, and clear so our customers have a seamless experience from inquiry to delivery.

    After over a decade of experience working in school operations with a focus on data management, Ilana has translated these skills into her incredible business management and operations work. She holds an M.A. in Education from NYU, specializing in Spanish as a Foreign Language and English as a Second Language, and a B.A. in Political Science & Spanish with a minor in English from the University of Delaware.

    Currently residing in the Greater Boston Area, Ilana enjoys a variety of hobbies outside of her professional life, including gardening, spending time with her dogs (Ziti and Bella), and even participating in circus classes.

Technology Support Manager

LaKenya Kopf, MBA

  • LaKenya provides backend technical support to keep our client support systems and operational technology running smoothly so our business can, too!

    With over 18 years of experience supporting entrepreneurs, small businesses, nonprofits, and online businesses, LaKenya specializes in CRM systems, business operations, automated sales funnels, and backend tech management. She is known for her analytical, logic-driven approach and strong attention to detail when solving technical challenges.

    LaKenya holds an MBA with a concentration in Information Technology Management from AMU and a BFA in Light and Sound Engineering with a minor in Business Administration from the University of Florida. She also holds certifications in content marketing, email marketing, community management, Mailchimp, Keap, and HubSpot Inbound.

    Currently residing on the North Shore area of Massachusetts, LaKenya enjoys archery, yoga, cooking, reading, and traveling.

Chris Highsmith

  • Chris creates all of the engaging video content for The Workplace Mental Health Method™ and helps us tell the stories we want to share so we can connect with our community.

    From video strategy and brand storytelling to event coverage, training videos, and social media reels, Chris brings a strategic eye and cinematic craft to every project.

    Chris is the founder of Chris Content, a Denver-based video production company helping brands tell their stories through compelling, high-quality video. Chris lives in Denver, Colorado, and has been providing video strategy and creation services for over 5 years. His hobbies include drawing, 3D animation, and film photography. 

Leadership Program Facilitator

Aurelia Hack, M.Sc

  • Aurelia is an Occupational and Organizational psychologist and an expert in mental health at work. Aurelia was fundamental in helping to bring Mel’s collective work to life by creating our leadership mental health training: Mental Health at Work Conversational Literacy™ - for Leaders. She serves as the Lead Facilitator for our leadership program.

    Aurelia holds an M.Sc. Psychology from the University of Hagen in Germany and a B.Sc. Psychology. She is trilingual and fluent in English, German, and French. Aurelia is also a published author. She has years of experience empowering organizations to talk about mental health in the workplace. Aurelia is committed to helping leaders develop the confidence and skills they need for talking about mental health at work through our Leadership Program. Aurelia resides in Munich, Germany, loves to travel, and tries a new hobby every year!

Bookkeeper & Payments Manager

Kelly Liddick

  • Kelly provides phenomenal and timely bookkeeping support, invoicing, and payment processing for our team as a representative from Honestly Bookkeeping, a customer-focused mission-driven bookkeeping firm that helps small businesses thrive. Kelly is certified in Xero and Gusto accounting software programs and obtained her Business Bookkeeper certification.

    She holds a Bachelor's degree in Psychology with a minor in Business Administration from Millersville University of Pennsylvania. Kelly resides in Pennsylvania and loves to travel, read, and get out in nature as much as she can.

The Department of Barking Services

Meet Mel’s fur babies, Lola and Nala, our team’s spirited and ever-enthusiastic Department of Barking Services! Bursting with energy, they ensure Mel’s office is never too quiet, are always on the lookout for a good play session, and love to give her unsolicited opinions on team calls. Whether they’re playing tug-of-war, playing with their toys, or treating Mel like a human jungle gym, Lola and Nala bring a blend of sweetness and spice to the team, keeping everyone on their toes and full of smiles.
